Developing An Effective Test Strategy
A test strategy is a key deliverable in most standardized test processes. A good strategy document can be a powerful tool for thinking about, communicating, and obtaining stakeholder buy-in for what needs to be tested to what level of rigour, and what will be required to make that happen. Alternatively, it can be a next-to-useless pile of paper, full of boilerplate text that nobody cares about or wants to read.
I'll work with your senior test practitioners to develop an effective test strategy. This workshop is most effective as a facilitated session focusing on the test strategy for a specific project in your organization. Workshop length will depend on your organization's needs.
